This investment is mainly for these types of Target Audiences. 1) School Students in the age group of 6 - 21 2) Office goers in the age group of 22-35 3) Badminton veterans, retired professionals, practice professionals 4) Fun loving youngsters and Middle age people who will choose badminton as leisure sport Since the venue of the court is located inside a school, majorly students will be our target as the famous vidya mandir school is located at 50meters approx. Questions : 1) Should i think about Unique selling point when i go live? (Considering most of our competitors in the same area do not care about this and still they make money). Any suggestions for USPs? 2) The actual court is located in the third floor of the buildings, will there be an accessibility issue? 3) What are the other kind of facilities we can give inside the court for a smooth experience? Not only this, she has ranked consistently this year winning Silver in 1st Thane District Ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2023 organised by JSW Bomi Amaisadvala Table tennis Tournament at Vasind Broze at 3rd District Tournament organized by Elite TT Academy at Dombivili. Consistency is the name of the game. Its good news, but why am I choosing to feature a sports news of my student? When she lost in quarter finals of another district event, organized by Arya Kreeda Mandal from 14th -17 July, 2023, she came back disheartened and said, “I couldn’t reach the semifinals, lost.” Another student of mine, empathizing with her was quick to respond, you reached till quarter finals. You played and lost to a better player. I was so relieved with this answer that by this time even I could muster courage and add, sport persons focus on cause of losing not on loss, there is always next time. How I started sports in 2006? 🏐 This was the first incident I remember entering into sports professionally. It was the time when I was in 8th Class, we had our 4th period as "Games & Sports" 1 player was absent from the volleyball team, so I was standing near the poles and luckily got a chance to taste volleyball. One of the boys asked me to join them and instructed me to stand near the service line. When the ball came & instead of defending the ball I suddenly held the ball. I didn't know what happened or maybe I didn't understand volleyball really well. But something happened to me and instead of heating a "THUDA" (making a double hand fist) I held the ball with my both hands overhead. Well, routinely boys started laughing at me and asked me to stay out of the court. That was the day I felt that I seriously needed to learn this game. Fast forward, In 2008 I played my first regionals, In 2009 our whole team was selected for nationals and in 2010 we were the champions in Rajasthan. Every volleyball player of KVS Jaipur Region knew us by face or by our team Name "KV Sikar ke Volleyball wale ladke". (proud moment) Now the point is how we made it to the nationals so soon? and how we became "talk of the town"? It's simple, -We didn't feel bad when we used to lose. -We accepted all our failures. -We didn't give up on our practice time. -We stayed down to earth when working for our goals. -We worked as a team. Nobody called that only Narendra Singh is good. Everybody appreciated our whole team. We all had a common goal, that we wanted to be the best in volleyball before we graduated from school. The sports environment in Bihar is completely changing. For the first time in Bihar, Bihar Volleyball Premier League is being organized under the supervision of the Bihar State Sports Authority - BSSA and Bihar Volleyball Association 👇 Leagues Format: 👉 8 teams will participate in this league. Each team will include 6 senior category and 4 junior and youth category players. Apart from this, each team will have two players at international level of other states. It will bring a great learning experience for Bihar players. 👇 Its Venue’s: 👉 This league will be organized in 4 districts of the state, Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Saran and Patna. 👇 Prize Money: 👉 In this league, the winning team will be given a prize money of Rs 7.5 lakh, the runner-up team will be given Rs 5 lakh and the third-placed team will be given a prize money of Rs 3 lakh. 👇 When to report? 👉 Men players will ensure their participation in the selection trial for the Bihar Volleyball Premier League by appearing at state-of-art Pataliputra Sports Complex in Kankarbagh at 8 a.m. on 30th September. Ball badminton is a fast-paced game; it demands skill, quick reflexes, good judgment, agility, and the ability to control the ball with one's wrist. Ball Badminton, 2012 Games are usually played outdoors during the day. As a result, weather conditions wield a considerable influence, and ball badminton's rules allow the effects of weather conditions to be distributed more-or-less evenly between both teams. More recently, indoor versions of the game have been played under artificial lighting. All-India tournaments are conducted regularly using floodlights in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. Ball Badminton sport is managed by "Ball Badminton Federation of India". Ball badminton is now an officially recognised game in India. PICKLEBALL anyone ? Pickleball, a playful thought of 1960's had its first professional court made in 1972. The popularity of the sport grew at a rapid rate as it was seen as a combination of three different sports (Tennis, Table Tennis and Badminton). Today Florida state in US has the most number of pickleball courts with an astonishing number of 1100 courts growing each day. The game came to India in 2008 and in 2016, Indian player bagged a Gold in Internation Pickleball tournament. That gave a lot of boost to the game. The 1st large scale tournament, in India was played in 2018 and now it is the fastest growing sport in the currently. Experts are of the opinion that Pickleball will become the 2nd most popular sport after cricket in the coming 5 to 7 years. In all metro cities the game's popularity has picked up considerably. Ahmedabad a Tier 1 Non metro city is seeing an astonishing growth with close to 200 pickleball courts already. Popularity is so much that IPL type paid leagues are being organised here.
