Nominations are now open for the 2024 NAWIC Excellence Awards! Thank you to our Awards partner, Naylor Love Each year the NAWIC Excellence Awards provide an opportunity for organisations and individuals to recognise, be recognised and celebrate the amazing mahi of wāhine in construction across Aotearoa, New Zealand. We are now inviting nominations for the 2024 Awards, and welcome entries from both NAWIC members and non members. Put yourself or someone else forward. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we have made some changes to the process. Please refer to the Important Entry Information section below for changes to the 2024 Awards and take some time to read through the categories, criteria, terms and conditions before submitting your entry. One of the notable changes is the nomination entries time frame: If you are thinking about nominating yourself or someone else, make sure you get onto it in plenty of time. (Just!) wrapped up another year judging this 2024's #resiawards and as much as I loved seeing the impact that some hugely exciting projects have created, I was once again disappointed to have to discount some entries as they did not respond to the judging criteria. Top tip when entering awards - read and respond to the criteria. Yes, prose and storytelling is important but make sure that you are responding to what you are being asked.
