Want a keyless entry system for your property? The first thing that I really think you should invest in are keypads. The reason I say this is because you do not, and I repeat, do not want to be at the property 24/7 letting guests in and out. Having a keypad at the property completely eliminates this. At one of my properties, we have a keypad door code system on all bedroom doors, as well as a YALE electric one on the front door. This means that I don’t have to faff around with any keys whatsoever, and the guests aren’t needing any keys to access their room. The system we have is simply emailing them the code for the front door, and the code for their room, and they can have an easy check in without the need to contact you. The beauty of the YALE keypad on the front door is that you can have multiple codes on the same keypad. Let’s say you have six rooms, you could have six different codes for each room, as well as a code for your cleaner and then another one for you. If you want help doing this with your property, book a call with me to see how I can help you today.

☀ Your summer gift from us is finally here! ☀ The latest B&C Magazine is now out! The Planning and Refurb Issue takes an in-depth look at the state of the UK planning system, taking a look at the latest trends in the development sector. Following Michael Gove's proposals for a new National Planning Policy Framework, for the cover story, we gather several experts from Seddons, Hallcroft Finance, Clearwell Capital Limited, Tuscan Capital Limited, CapitalRise, Boyer and National Federation of Builders (NFB) to see whether these changes could be the sector's saving grace, or whether it’s just a plaster on a bullet wound. We also revisit the subject of nutrient neutrality to see how much progress has been made since the unveiling of the government’s first mitigation scheme and if we are truly heading in the right direction. Not only this, but we take an in-depth look at 15-minute cities, to see how feasible they are in the UK, or if they are just a 15-minute trend. We also take a deep dive into the world of refurbishments, to uncover the common misconceptions around this subject—with the help of several experts from LDN Finance, Avamore Capital, Catalyst Property Finance, elan property finance, Saxon Trust, Hope Capital, Octopus Real Estate, Somo and Roma Finance. Plus, we look at the intricacies of retrofitting historic buildings without removing any cultural value. On top of this, we bring you exclusive interviews with OSB Group's new head of specialist finance Marc Callaghan, and Glenhawk's founder and CEO Guy Harrington. The magazine is available to read online here: https://lnkd.in/eiDK6VB7
