We surveyed over 300 full time employees across the UK to find out if they felt they consistently were able to do what they do best at work. We found that a significant number of respondents weren't able to agree, with some notable differences in responses between those who are managers vs those who are not. There was also significant variation for non-managers as their age increased. Some 66% of respondents said they felt it would be very or extremely valuable if their manager was better equipped to harness their individual strengths. https://lnkd.in/ewgcqV2X
