One of the biggest challenges in the industry; Finding skilled workforce. For many years, racking installers have been considered the "cowboys" of the industry. Installer crews were not particularly known for their professionalism, often arriving on-site with skills acquired from older generations. One of our biggest challenges has been finding experienced installers. Without an official nationally recognised certification, newcomers to the industry lack experience. Instead of fighting this reality, we've decided to start working an internal training system for workers without industry experience to acquire the necessary skills to work to the best practices. We began by covering the costs of essential training and certifications like EWP and Forklift Licenses. Now, we're taking it a step further by developing an online course. This course will integrate on-site experience, providing our installers with internal certification based on their training.
