Great to chat with Silvia Saccardi and The Drawdown about this topical subject. With my LP side hat on (by far my biggest hat), we are not yet seeing a great deal of drafting in LPAs or side letters around this, but it is coming. Transparency is key and there will no doubt need to be a bit of an education process with certain LPs around NAV facilities to enable them to weigh up the altered risk profile against the potential rewards (and there are arguments on both sides). With ILPA weighing in on the subject in the next several weeks, expect another slew of articles, podcasts and analysis (including from me).
