In India, there is a trust deficit concerning investigating agencies and their ability to conduct a proper investigation. I am closely following this case because Dr. Rajiv I Modi was the Chairman of the Board of Governors (BoG) of IIT Guwahati when I was a faculty member there. He still holds the position of Chairman of the BoG of IIT Guwahati. I used to inform him of instances of corruption, but he never responded to my emails and, of course, never took any action on my information or complaints. In fact, he did not appreciate me sending him emails. He could have made a huge difference had he acted! In fact, it was his duty to act on such complaints. I still have copies of those emails.
Once I received a letter from the Registrar's office stating that the Chairman of the BoG wanted to have a one-on-one meeting with me. I prepared documents for four cases of corruption and spent several hours preparing those documents, thinking that as the CEO of a big company, he may not have found time to read my emails. However, my perception changed as soon as I went to the meeting. His bodyguard/personal assistant asked me to hand over my mobile phone before entering the guest house meeting room. However, when I entered the room, I saw Dr. Rajiv I Modi with a mobile phone in his hand. What happened in the meeting, I shall share some other time!

உங்கள் நான்!!!
Dear fellow citizens of India and my esteemed Tamil connections,
Today, I urge everyone to recognize the dire conditions of our beloved Tamil Nadu. We must work tirelessly to improve our state's current situation and preserve our rich customs and cultural heritage.
#Tragedy in Kallakurichi:
Over 50 individuals, many of them intoxicated, have tragically lost their lives
Across four districts:
1. #Salem Government hospital15 individuals died
2. #Kallakurichi Government hospital: 28 died
3. #Villupuram Government hospital 04 died
4. #Puducherry Government hospital 03 died
The mortality rate has been increased to 50 the 120 individuals are still been hospitalized
Not only this year it has been a repeated
In #2023 kallkurichi 20 died due to this toxic drink
In #2024 kallkurichi 40 died due to the same toxic drink.
The alarming mortality rate is due to symptoms appearing over 5 hours after ingestion, which reduces the effectiveness of antidotes. This is primarily caused by methanol being mixed into ethanol-based liquor.
Every citizen must be vigilant and wisely choose our future leaders. It's our responsibility to give a safe and secure society to the next-generation!!!.
#MyView:
I often hear people dismissing actors as politicians, questioning their knowledge of the country and its people. However, real education means applying lessons throughout life to benefit society.
#Questions to those who doubt:
1. How long will it take to realize that an actor-turned-politician can be deeply thoughtful about society?
2. Why can't we see that wisdom, compassion, and leadership are not solely determined by formal education?
3. Why is it predominantly actors who step up to serve the nation, and not more IT professionals or business people?hashtag#Questions for Doubters:
1. How long will it take for people to realize that an actor-turned-politician can be deeply thoughtful about society?
2. Why can't we see that wisdom, compassion, and leadership are not solely determined by formal education?
3. Why do mainly actors step up to serve the nation, and not more IT professionals or business people?
It’s concerning that more people from various professional backgrounds are not engaging in politics. However, the strong fan base and public support often encourage actors to take on leadership roles.
Here my man - "Thalapathy VIJAY" instructed all #TVK district officials to immediately support the families of the victims and those receiving treatment in Kallakurichi instead of celebrating his 50th birthday
Let's stop spreading negativity vote wisely in the next Tamilnadu legislative assembly election #2026
Leadership and the desire to uphold national integrity and citizen welfare can come from anyone, be it an actor or an IT professional.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)s grand victory in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh is a seal of public confidence in Modi Government’s pro-poor and anti corruption policies & a clear mandate for good governance & progress.
Under PM Narendra Modi ji’s decisive leadership, HM Amit Shah ji’s strategic planning, BJP President @J.P.Nadda ji’s guidance, and the party’s mantra of ‘सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास और सबका प्रयास’, the double-engine government is poised to propel these states towards unprecedented growth and development.

Crazy Demo of the powerful
Ours is a democracy. At least it is one that by definition. People align themselves on different sides and yet they genuinely believe that they are on the right side.
In my state, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram district collector who never let his subordinate officers sit before him thinks a govt doctor on OP duty at general Hospital should rush to his official residence to treat a fungal infection that troubles him. Doctors protest. But the IAS union leaders have no qualms in supporting the district collector. A senior Babu says the collector has the power to summon the govt doctor for treating his fungal infection.
Two days later, a govt doctor in Kozhikode medical college performs surgery on the tongue of a little child who was actually taken for a surgery to remove an additional finger. Now, doctors' organisation comes out justifying the doctor. The child in fact had some tied tongue problem and the doctor was only doing the right thing by performing a correction surgery, they argue!
What democracy are we imagining about?
Power is a reality. Power structure too. So far we banished only Maharajahs in ceremonial attire... Little Maharajahs are still thriving #civilservants#doctors#democracy#power
