After a decade building HR functions at different companies, I’ve come to realize that we all struggle with the same issues. They all stem from one root-cause: how to communicate effectively with each other, especially in those high-stakes moments that really make a difference. So I am drastically pivoting my career in order to expand my reach and help people do this across multiple companies at a time, instead of focusing my efforts internally. After advising the great team at Teamble for the last couple of years, I’ve decided to join Erbil Yaman as our new Chief Product and Customer Officer, and I could not be more excited! Public companies, private companies, service companies, tech companies; regardless of what we were building, we all want a culture of continuous feedback and true performance management. It’s just hard to live it out - to make the time and have the language to discuss what’s really going on.
