It goes to show that in the restaurant industry, you can never rest. "Women make up nearly 70% of the restaurant industry’s frontline workforce, but just 38% of executive roles," reports Alicia Kelso. Luckily, many franchises are becoming increasingly aware of these statistics, and are working to make a change.
