We currently represent ±5 million square feet of available industrial space in Central South Carolina and Georgia. According to the latest Colliers Industrial Columbia Report, Columbia’s strong labor market, inventory with readily available power and interstate connectivity has continued to generate interest from manufacturing users and developers. Automotive-related requirements have begun to emerge due to Scout Motors Inc.’s announcement and Columbia’s proximity to 13 major automotive OEMs within a five-hour drive time. Steady growth is expected to continue as ±1,522,932 square feet is scheduled to be delivered through the end of this year.
