This was one of the most rewarding days of my career. Two years ago, I launched the Diversify The Future Foundation. A non-profit, funded by Engtal, that provides scholarships to people from underrepresented backgrounds, looking to obtain a STEM degree. A couple of weeks ago, we met the incredibly inspiring Aaliyah Williams. Aaliyah has faced more adversity in the 18 years she's been on this earth, than most of us have in our lifetime. Despite this, she's a positive, charismatic and driven young women, intent on forging her career and giving back to her community. Aaliyah was chosen out of 300 applicants and awarding her with this $40,000 scholarship is an absolute privilege. She has the brightest of futures and I have no doubt she'll be a role model to many. A huge thank you to Bridget Lundy, Rebecca Hamlin, Ellen Orange and anyone else who contributed to Diversify The Future, for making this possible. #diversifythefuture #DEI #diversify #diversity

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. This day honors the resilience and spirit of the African American community and reminds us of the ongoing journey toward equality and justice. At Engtal, we stand with our Black colleagues and celebrate their rich cultural heritage and contributions. I'm delighted to be welcoming the 2nd member of Engtal's exciting new contracts division: Hari Jakllari. Hari is a high-energy, driven and passionate sales professional, with an excellent background in temp recruitment. Moving from retail sales, to car sales, to recruitment, Hari has excelled in a number of industries, and we think he's the perfect "right hand man" to help scale this team. Under the guidance and mentorship of our Head of Tech Contract Ronnie Sparks, I have no doubt Hari will be a roaring success. Welcome to the team Hari, this is going to be a fun ride!

What. A. Weekend. If there is one thing we're best in class at here at Engtal, it's celebrating success. This weekend, we did just that. Our 2024 Incentive Trip winners, took to the incredible city of New Orleans and celebrated an outstanding start to 2024 in style. Promotions were celebrated, grenades were drunk, gators were seen and crawfish was eaten. 🎉💣🐊🦞 We had such an amazing crew and this will be an incentive trip we'll remember for a long time. We did a lot of celebrating this weekend and one of the most rewarding moments was announcing the promotion of Ellie Frame to Recruitment Consultant II. I talk a lot about how special the culture is at Engtal. It’s special because of people like Ellie. She’s a loyal, committed and driven businesswoman, with exceptional relationship building skills and tons of commercial acumen. She’s had an outstanding start to 2024 and brings so much more to the table than just billing. She co-runs our health & wellness committee; she's the first person to help coordinate charity initiatives; she's a regular at all Engtal events and is a mean volleyball player! #engstalions Congrats Ellie - you're a future leader who will work for Engtal for a long time. I can't wait to see what you achieve next!

This weekend, while cruising the New Orleans Bayou, we announced the incredibly well-deserved promotion of Luke Wilkins to Executive Consultant. In 2021, when Luke looked me dead in the eye during his first Lunch Club and told me: “There’s not much going on up here Chris. Just recruitment. It’s all I think about.” I had a feeling he would be a roaring success. To say I was right, is a huge understatement. Few people have made a bigger impact on our business than Luke, since he joined us 3 years ago. Even less can boast a stat line like his: 🔥 $1.5M billed 🔥 Three promotions celebrated 🔥 Engtal Top Biller 2023 🔥 Engtal MVP 2021 & 2022 On top of this, he’s a driven, loyal and selfless company man. He holds himself and those around him to high standards, and he’s one of the most generous people with his time, I’ve ever worked with. Congrats you big dosser. This one couldn’t have been more deserved!
