Each employment level has its own challenges to overcome. Your ability to articulate what you do exceptionally well helps you stand out. If you are unsure whether you are conveying this well, try to practice on a family member or close friend. Give them your 60 second elevator pitch! In 60 seconds or less explain what you have accomplished, love to do, and why you should be chosen. If they don’t understand… it’s possible others don’t either.
