Great practical way to teach economics

The 8-week online The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Real Estate Economics and Finance course was a great way to update and refresh my knowledge the economics of cities, real estate cycles, supply/demand and the fundamentals of finance and property valuation to name a few. In general, i believe that the structure of their online platform (scheduled assignments, interactive learning tools, 24-hour support) will make any of their courses desirable. I’m happy to share that I’ve successfully completed the Real Estate Economics and Finance certificate program from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). This course consists of 8 modules providing an in-depth understanding of real estate markets, urban economics, diversification and portfolio theory, as well as the different techniques to utilize hedonic pricing models, analyze project risk and volatility, and valuate sustainable development projects to inform and assess practical real estate investment decisions.

I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed my certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science with a final grade of 87.8% 🎉. Following 5 years of studying economics at university, this opportunity allowed me to witness economics in action within the real estate market, pursued at one of the most renowned universities in the world for Economics.
