Hello, Summer! ☀️ It's time to welcome the sunny season! As we enjoy the fun that summer brings, let's also remember to conserve energy and water with these tips: 1. Use fans: Ceiling and portable fans can help circulate air and reduce the need for air conditioning. 2. Keep curtains closed: Block out the sun during the hottest part of the day to keep your home cooler. 3. Water early or late: Water your lawn and garden in the early morning or late evening to minimize evaporation. Also be sure to use the Even/Odd Watering system. 4. Set thermostats smartly: Keep your thermostat at a higher temperature when you're away from home. Consider installing a smart thermostat (Check out our rebate for additional savings!) 5. Check for leaks: Check your home for air leaks, especially around doors and windows.

Think your ceiling fans are useless during the colder months? Think again! Did you know they can actually warm you up? If you run your fan at low speed in a clockwise direction, it will create a gentle updraft, displacing the warm air and forcing it down into your living area. This can allow you to lower your thermostat usage, saving you on heating bills.
