It's a perfect combination of setting a clear goal, making it known to the entire team (hard to miss all those mugs in the office), showing your commitment to the goal (at least a few $$ spent on mugs), and the long term dedication/constant reminder (it's not some disposable promo item). Cheers to those mugs becoming a collector's item when the the $1m/day by May 2026 mugs land!
