Day In The Life of an intern at Chaney: visiting our flagship! ⛳️⭐️ Today, Chaney’s interns got a sneak peek into our operations, and were able to see what goes into making the foundation for all projects. From the roar of mixers to the precision of our pour, they got an up-close look at the process that makes it all possible. It’s not every day you get to see concrete being made from scratch, and we’re thrilled to have had the opportunity to share this experience with our interns. 🎉🙌 It’s time to celebrate our June #ChaneyRockstar, Seth Edwards! 🎉🙌 Seth Edwards is a batch operator at our Henrico, Virginia concrete plant. For the past three years, he has embodied the dedication of a true Chaney professional. Recently, he has made a significant impact on the Central Virginia region, consistently delivering exceptional results with unparalleled passion. One of Seth's greatest strengths is his willingness to go above and beyond expectations. During his transition from Chaney Dispatch to Command Concrete, Seth quickly adapted to the new system and was always ready to lend a hand to his coworkers. Seth's ability to adapt and grow is remarkable. He swiftly learned to operate multiple concrete plants, including those outside his usual plant, and significantly increased his productivity. His yardage output soared from less than 100 yards per day to over 800 yards per day, with no mistakes. In addition, Seth is passionate about his community; he recently coordinated Chaney's presence at the Amelia County Fair and often participates in local parades. Seth always maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure Chaney's success. As our #ChaneyRockstar, Seth exemplifies dedication and commitment, and we are grateful for his contributions to our team! 🥳🎈
