In 2023 are professional kitchen manufacturers, resellers & distributors doing there big bit with regards design to deliver true real sustainability of the equipment? Or is it just used then junked and scrapped where the focus is to box shift, sales and turnover? Where is the reuse? especially when a good proportion of it you could argue is designed for short life span.
