A Q4-2023 research study asked retailers and CPG companies about their supply chain plans for 2024. 53% said they planned to diversify suppliers. 46% said they planned to increase onshoring. Supply chain technology investment - 44% Increase automation - 43% AI is, as expected, top of mind with 50% saying they plan on using it for marketing and financial forecasting.
