Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Lucas Hanback joined Jennifer Schaus & Associates’ Jennifer Schaus on her webinar series “2024: The FAR: Federal Acquisition Regulations” to discuss Part 18 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The FAR is the primary regulation for use by all executive agencies in their acquisition of supplies and services. It is made up of 53 parts, each detailing different aspects of acquisitions. In the webinar, Lucas discussed Part 18, which details how agencies should handle emergency acquisitions.
