For a while the conversation on Data Management, revolved around quantitative data sets. Regardless of the discipline researchers in the humanities are increasing their practices to join the FAIR and Open Science world. Indeed, with the turn towards more Digital Humanities and Digitalization of knowledge this becomes of importance. This semester, in the "Qualitative Data Analysis and Model Building in Organizational Research" course with Professor Patricia Costa, She set a project that we had to do. The research question focused on the societal changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The qualitative research method employed was the #gioia #method, which is #groundedtheory. Data collection, categorization, and open coding were conducted. In the subsequent phase, 1st Order concepts emerged. Among all the words and concepts, one sentence particularly caught my attention: "#Transformation and #change are simultaneous!" This sentence sparked significant contemplation for me. Consequently, I revisited this section of the data and selected it as one of the structures for correction. Take a moment to reflect on this concept!
