Embracing it (Hybrid rising). 🇺🇸✔️ Unearthed Wisdom for Employers: Going remote, especially internationally, isn’t just smart; it’s an investment. Why? Because travel equals expense and, let’s face it, it’s irresistibly addictive. But, your hiring someone that has to burn that bridge geographically. Label me a travel addict where mediocrity doesn’t survive. The spend? Cost me equivalent to a cozy investment property (which is nothing in retrospect for the world experience I have now).
