Absolutely! Feeling included, valued and recognized can be shown in many different ways. -This could be through receiving credit where it’s due after completing a complex project or addressing a complex issue. -It could be shown through training and promotion opportunities. -Or shown by how you are treated by your leaders. Their actions and words have a direct impact on their team and can easily make a meaningful impact when executed with empathy.

Knowing your value means recognizing your worth, talents, and strengths, and having the confidence to stand by them. It involves understanding what you bring to the table and refusing to settle for less than you deserve in any aspect of life, whether it’s relationships, work, or personal growth. Embracing your value empowers you to set boundaries, pursue your goals boldly, and attract opportunities that align with your true worth.

It's indeed true that when we sense our efforts are recognized and impactful, we're naturally inspired to go above and beyond. When our hard work seems overlooked or our presence not acknowledged, it not only diminishes our motivation but can also lead to questioning our worth and impact. This scenario serves as a reminder of the critical role inclusion and appreciation play in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Seen as a true partner, with IDEAS. Ideas that have VALUE. If your company isn't asking all your people for ideas on how to improve your culture & execute its strategy, is it really INCLUSIVE? Being inclusive & recognising the value of employee ideas means co-creating strategy & culture WITH them. That's how you get the BEST out of your teams.
