Successful Workation experience: working from the office of your dreams 💻
We are delighted to be able to offer our employees from this year on the opportunity to work abroad in Europe as a pilot project. Workation is a combination of work and vacation, enabling working from a holiday location.
Our colleague Karina was one of the first at CCV to take advantage of this offer and recently spent four weeks working in sunny Sardinia.
During her workation, Karina has shown how well remote working and productivity can go hand in hand. She not only completed her projects reliable as usual, but also brought fresh perspectives and creative ideas that enriched the entire team.
Some highlights Karina shared with us:
🌍 New inspiration: The change of the working environment was great, the fantastic nature and surrounding increased my productivity and creativity and inspired me a lot.
🤝 Teamwork: Despite the distance, communication and collaboration with my team via MS Teams was no problem and everything worked very well.
🌴 Work-life balance: The combination of work and free time on such a beautiful island has given me a lot of energy and motivation and my batteries are fully recharged.

AFIR & UK regulations may be a little fuzzy and make references to the provision of "contactless" but without PIN card payment capability an EV location can never hope to deliver the telecoms equivalent levels of reliability that the industry needs.
