Cavco Industries partners with manufactured home community operators like UMH Properties, Inc. to help provide affordable housing options across the country. Recently, we partnered with UMH to bring the first HUD-approved Duplex to the National Mall in DC. While we were there, we got a few minutes to talk with the President and Founder of UMH, Sam Landy.
