It's hard to overstate the significance of engaging in meaningful work, and the positive impact it has on employee satisfaction and productivity. Achieving progress in work that employees find meaningful can combat a prevalent lack of engagement, which is costing an estimated $7.8 trillion annually. Essential tools for conveying meaning at work include an organization's mission, vision, and strategy, as well as its Environmental, Social, and Governance ESG and CSR efforts .
