It takes time to find the right person, onboard them, and let them gain enough confidence and expertise with a new product. We carefully planned who leaves us and when, decided on positions we needed, interview stages, and the onboarding process. Set the KPIs, of course. Calculated when we can lose revenue and when we’ll eventually boost it. The result? We renewed 70% of the team in three months. And we’re all ready to go. It was hell of a challenge. But every challenge is essentially a project. And once you overcome the chaos and sit down to plan, the results will be incredibly rewarding. #LeadershipChallenges #TeamGrowth

What do you do when Leader (No.1) in your Industry, 50x bigger than you, hunts for your employees! Angry 😡 ? Curious 🤨 ? Disturbed 😳 ? Well, I felt Happy! Best thing that happened this week :) Why? Because, it shows: 1. You’re doing some amazing work 2. That employees have been trained well enough to be hunted 3. How your employees value you when they come back and say things about the next Big project from a competitor :) they hoped on the call to see what they are up to!
