Congratulations to our customer Oneanswer for being shortlisted in the Broker Innovation Awards in the Best use of Technology category. In our joint submission we detailed how our iApprove customer automation app helped over 12 months to improve customer services support times while also significantly reducing support team costs. The project involved automating the onboarding of new customers including collecting and automatically verifying multiple policy related documents. #TRAFFEX update. Yesterday and today have proved very succesful, with 4 potential clients seeking further engagement and presentations built around their pinch points and wish lists. Each of them wish to look at the 4 tiers of ConeRQ, those being, Job management, Asset management, Workforce including our H&S planned mobile app integration and of course the final one, Statistical side, all of which we have abbreviated to JAWS. Our customisable ConeRQ TM software means that they have full control of the finished product, BUT, with the comfort of knowing that they can, at a low cost add to or change up the platform to align with changing client needs or to ensure compliance with future tenders/won business. One potential client currently runs these 4 disciplines through different mechanisms so whilst the JAWS solution would be ideal we urged caution and look at a planned and phased way which works best with cash flow and growth. as not everything needs switching to one solution straight away no matter who they use. Health and Safety of those in the field dealing with aggressive public was a common concern as it was when we were approached by National Highways and our mobile app solution will be a game changer in that regard.
