What a great quote from Rodrigo Vinicius de Jesus at last year's Food 4 Future event: "If we don't have data, we can't measure, and if you can't measure, you don't know what's happening to your body"
I would argue that this is the same for any situation and that the word 'body' can be replaced with e.g. 'lab', 'manufacturing plant', or 'supply chain'
- Let's just say '#FoodBusiness' for now 🍽 ...
And why is that?
Because I am excited to be heading to the Food 4 Future event on April 16-18 in Bilbao with my colleague Raja Bejaoui!
With over 280 exhibitors, and speaker topics ranging from #challengesandtrends in the #foodindustry, #smartfarming, #smartmanufacturing, to #automation, #robotics, and #generativeAI (not to mention #virtualreality, #augmentedreality, and other #dataanalytics applications), I am positive that this event will not disappoint!

We're shaking things up at Chomp! Chocolate this fall! After 2.5 years of growth and bootstrapped success, I'm taking an (exciting) big risk.
A test-kitchen breakthrough (3 years in the making) is leading me to reformulate all of our products and launch a new lineup.
What's crazy is... I'm already very proud of our products and hear almost no feedback on taste.
However, there has always been a 'holy grail' of vegan milk chocolate for me, and I finally had the breakthrough.
There are functional benefits to the new lineup and I even like it better than the previous recipes.
The new stuff will also check a lot of boxes bigger retailers are looking for. (without compromising taste for our loyal existing customers in DTC and grocery)
A lot has happened in the vegan/dairy-free world since we launched and I believe this is the step to provide the differentiator we need to stand out from the crowd.
The biggest thing for me is I feel proud and 100% good about the benefits for the animals, planet AND humans ;)
