We know diversity is crucial to our success. Because new ideas and fresh perspectives, essential to the growth of any organization, can never rise from a homogenous group. That’s why we are committed to building a workforce that truly reflects our society. But that’s not the only reason: we believe that a respectful environment, where every individual has an equal opportunity to contribute, grow, and thrive, should be the unconditional norm. Tractebel has made an ambitious commitment to have 40% of women in management position by 2030. This target is ambitious because the reality is that in the engineering profession overall, just 13% are women. But we are convinced on the importance of narrowing the gender gap and stand firm in our commitment. Discover our Journey to Gender Parity and find out what we’ve accomplished, and our plans to achieve what still needs to be done. Here's to all the inspirational women in our workplace, our lives, and around the world on #InternationalWomensDay2024. #IWD #IWD2024 #WomenInEngineering #EngineeringYourPositiveImpact #EngineeringACarbonNeutralFuture #WeAreTractebel
