The 2024 CareSTL Health Project O: Opioid Awareness Run/Walk has secured another sponsor! We're incredibly grateful to Trudy B. Valentine and Family, who have been long-time supporters of CareSTL Health and the Opioid Awareness Run/Walk. Trudy Valentine and her family have personally experienced the devastating impact of the Opioid Epidemic and are dedicated to preventing other families from going through a similar experience. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Trudy and her family for joining us as Platinum Sponsors on August 3rd! You can also support CareSTL Health’s efforts to raise awareness and provide resources for those affected by the Opioid Epidemic. The registration fee for Project O is donation-based, meaning you can contribute what you can afford, even if it's just your presence at the event. Register by the end of the week and you'll be entered to win a number of prizes! For more information, visit:

CareSTL Health is spotlighting another local hero for Men’s Health Month! State Senator Brian Williams is a passionate individual who was drawn to public service after studying government and public health policy. When elected, Senator Williams became the first Black man to serve in the Missouri Senate in over two decades. As a senator, he has championed legislation allowing those with sickle cell anemia to access necessary pain medication prescriptions, protected individuals’ MO ABLE funds for disability costs, and led the Capitol’s annual human trafficking awareness day. Senator Williams was honored at the CareSTL Health Gala as a Distinguished Senatorial Partner for his investment in the St. Louis community. Thank you, Senator Williams, for your continued partnership!
