“It is a fundamental misbehavior to miss a customer expectation” When I joined Epic they were just under 10,000 employees and the mission and culture described in this video was not only clear from day one, but persisted through every role and team I worked for during my 8 years there. It is truly amazing the consistent culture Judy was able to build and maintain at scale - a struggle many companies have. Building a “Customer First” mindset is understanding that Customer Success isn’t a single person or team’s sole responsibility. It takes an entire company to keep commitments made to customers. It is valuing your customer relationships above everything else. These core values, taught to me during my time at Epic, are critical to achieving a true Customer First culture.
