How often do you sharpen the saw? 🤔 For the next 4 Monday's, I'll be participating in the Wealth Planner Academy for our firm. The goal is to grow our business, while growing our knowledge. Monday's class was led by Ray Sclafani, author of the book, "You've Been Framed". Ray discussed with us some of the best ideas that other wealth management advisors are using, and gave us all a homework assignment that will cover the next 6-8 weeks, that involves specific client interaction. I am all about growth and learning. I want to be an even better advisor than I currently am. And I'm not afraid to say that I have room for improvement. These are the kind of sessions that I can really sink my teeth into. So that I can be better for you. My clients. My colleagues.
