Retirement can bring up a wide range of emotions---joy, fear, anxiety, gratitude...But no matter what you're feeling, it is still a major transition from one phase of life into another. In the world of law enforcement, it's a huge step few ever take.
Right now, Brian Machal is going to be able to enjoy the fruits of his labor. After 22 years of dedicated work on the force, the former Police Sergeant will be able to rest with an enjoyable retirement income on his own.🙏
It must be incredible to feel like all the hard work you put in finally gave you a big payoff where you may be able to retire and just enjoy life. Few deserve it more than those in law enforcement, who so frequently tend to see the worst in life as part of their duty.
22 years of service is a long time, and yet, it can go by so fast. The city of Elsmere, Kentucky, will absolutely miss him.
At Guardian Alliance, we respect law enforcement offers who are dedicated enough to make it to retirement. It's not a job for everyone, so seeing someone who is so dedicated truly inspires us. It's a bittersweet feeling, though we focus on the sweet.
Our organization works to vet potential law enforcement candidates so that teams can find the best new officer for the role. We believe in getting qualified, passionate, and great human beings like Sergeant Machal.
We want to congratulate Ret. Sergeant Machal on a job well done. We want to know...what are your retirement dreams that you want to pursue?
