Cancer is really devastating for patients and their loved ones. I wish strength to everyone who's going through it, and like many of us, contributing to cancer treatments has been one of the biggest motivations for me to go to the Molecular Biology and Genetics studies. Fast forward 22 years, contributing to something that might reach patients suffering from cancer or any other disease or condition, is what keeps me going. The 4th of February is World Cancer Day. More than 50 million people are living with cancer worldwide, and it is devastating for them and their loved ones. Healthcare professionals, researchers and drug developers all around the world have been working tirelessly for decades. Although many advances have been achieved, we still need more therapies, targeted treatments, and more possibilities for care. On days like this, we at PD-value reflect on how we can support our clients in cancer drug development more efficiently in their quest to bring better treatments to patients faster and more affordably. Cancer research is multifaceted, and all contributions count, big and small alike. We will continue supporting our clients and academic partners in this field. We also finalized our ER Breast Cancer H2020 project, MESI-STRAT Consortium, at the end of 2023.
