Mechanical seal failure is one of nightmares end users face. There are dozens of pump manufacturers avoid to provide elaborated details about the mechanical seal on thier data sheet, and less of pump manufacturers provide details on thier data booklets. However, there are many advantages of leakage and most important is related to your pump life cost. Mechanical failure at less than 10% of the expected seal life is a great sign that your pump doesn't operating well. You need to run a troubleshooting to figure out what went wronge. I strongly recommend to read the Mechanical Seal Guide from Hydraulic Institute, it provides a comprehensive and worth buying a copy. According to Hydraulic Institute the most common problem of mechanical seal is shaft deflection and the probability root cause is the misalignment. What KSB Company is trying to say is:"Don't waste your time with laser alignment and take our stationary mechanical seals with a little additional pennies" 😉 Do you think stationary mechanical seal is better than dynamic mechanical seal?

It is the most simple model of the line and it’s an on site nitrogen generator.   ⭐️ Basically it has a compressed air input. Inside it has a membrane that filters nitrogen particles to supply nitrogen to the spray gun.   ⭐️ A touch panel very simple to use here you can control the nitrogen supply pressure as well as the temperature.   ⭐️Basically, we have great advantages like pressure reduction in the application.   ⭐️The equipment, as mentioned, has a compressed air input. Inside, it has a membrane behind this cabinet. This is the place where all the magic happens. The compressed air enters at one end and goes through a filtration process, in which nitrogen molecules are separated and stored in this small tank.   ⭐️From where it is then supplied to the spray gun. 💡Do you know #HowTo clean a Hamilton Conductivity Sensor? 💡 Hamilton Conducell 2 and 4 electrode conductivity sensors rely on metallic electrodes to measure the conductivity of the liquid. Coatings, scale, and particulate build-up from the process can obscure the electrode reducing the accuracy of the measurement. This coating should be removed for best results. ➡️Visually inspect the metallic electrodes of the sensor for coating. Simple soap (Alconox) and water are effective cleaners for soft coatings and particulates. Alcohol is also a suitable cleaner if oils or fats are present. ➡️If cleaning a 2 electrode sensor such as the Conducell UPW then it may be necessary to spray water into the hollow areas at the tip of the sensor to dislodge materials. ❌Avoid abrasive scrubbing of the surface which may scratch or damage the electrodes. #Hamilton #ProcessAnalytics #Conductivity #ConductivitySensor
