If this guy ever had to go out and purchase groceries, he might consider all the farmers harvesting the food in his cart, that have to pay carbon tax to grow and harvest our food. Then the trucking companies that deliver the food must buy gas with a carbon tax associated with each item increasing their costs. Canadian consumer's cost of a trip to the grocery store has more than doubled in the last three years. Then everyone in this country needs to heat their homes it hurts common Canadians every day. Why don't we eliminate carbon pricing it is not reducing worldwide emissions it only reduces Canadian emissions. Focus on research and development inside our Canadian Energy companies to find alternative energies and deliver the cleanest possible energy to the world. That will do more for the environment, the people of this great country, and the world. Canada needs more clean Canadian oil and gas. Every company that I deal with daily is concerned about the well-being of their employees and about the well-being of our world's environment! Trudeau you just don't get it, (it is not about a sweet UN posting into your retirement) what you are doing is harming everyone in this country and not helping the Environment. Get rid of him.
The difference is clear: while Pierre Poilievre wants to take Canada backward, we’ll keep Canada moving forward – for everyone.

🇨🇦🍁 Reflecting on Canada Day: Embracing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 🍁🇨🇦 Canada Day is a time to celebrate the rich mosaic of cultures and peoples that make this nation unique. However, we must recognize that for many Indigenous communities, this day may hold a different significance. Turtle Island, the land we now call Canada, has been the ancestral home of Indigenous Peoples long before the concept of Canada even existed. While we celebrate the achievements and diversity of our country, let us also take a moment to reflect on the often-troubled history between the Canadian state and the original inhabitants of these lands. Many Indigenous Peoples have not fully aligned themselves with the Canadian identity, as the legacy of colonialism and the ongoing struggles for self-determination and reconciliation remain deeply felt. Some are not Canadians but are rights and treaty holders on this land that we are guests on. It is crucial that we honor and uplift the voices, stories, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples, not just on Canada Day, but every day. Their resilience, wisdom, and stewardship of the land are integral to the fabric of this nation, and their rightful place as the first peoples of Turtle Island must be recognized and celebrated. In this spirit, let us come together to acknowledge the complex and nuanced perspectives on this day, and strive to build a more inclusive, equitable, and just society that truly reflects the diversity and the deep-rooted history of this land and its peoples. Wishing everyone a reflective and inclusive Canada Day. 🇨🇦❤️ —- Artistic version of the national flag using native motifs and style. Canada Day, marks the joyous anniversary of Canada's confederation in 1867 and it is a day that brings Canadians together. For Indigenous communities, Canada Day has historically been a complex occasion, reflecting on the colonial past and its impacts. However, there's an inspiring and growing movement towards reconciliation and healing. This journey is encouraging collaboration and mutual respect, acknowledging the rich contributions of Indigenous cultures and perspectives of what Canada is. Today, there is optimism and hope as efforts are made to honor Indigenous voices, support their sovereignty, and celebrate their traditions alongside all Canadians. This shared commitment to a brighter, inclusive future is transforming Canada Day into a celebration where everyone can come together with joy and respect. Companies like CIC Inspection & Consulting Ltd. are contributing to this positive future by promoting inclusive practices and supporting diverse communities. By embracing our diverse histories and working towards equity, Canada is striving for a united future. Canada Day is evolving into a day that truly celebrates the strength, spirit, and beauty of all its diverse communities, heralding a promising and inclusive multicultural future for everyone. #CICInspection #CanadaDay2024 #CanadaDay #Canadian #Indigenousawareness #Multicultural
