🚨 Not Your Usual Job-Related Post, But an Important One! 🚨
I wanted to share something a bit different today, but incredibly meaningful. There's a fantastic app called Be My Eyes that connects volunteers with people who are visually impaired, helping them with everyday tasks. 🦯
It’s simple: as a volunteer, you can assist someone in real time with anything they need, whether it’s finding their cane, identifying the flavor of oatmeal they’re holding, or answering any quick question that can make their day a bit easier. 💡
I have been a volunteer since January 11, 2022 and have only received about 5 calls since signing up, because there are so many volunteers (at the time of this post, there are 7,739,555), so it doesn't take but only a few minutes of your time, but it can make a world of difference for someone else. If you’re looking for a small, meaningful way to help, this is it.
Check it out and consider signing up as a volunteer! Together, we can make the world a more accessible place. 🌍
