We recently had the privilege of hosting our US CAM & CoAE Leader, Brooke Lyon, across our three co-located teams in India. The time spent with Brooke was invaluable, and I wanted to share some key takeaways on why time with Senior leadership is so important: 1. Inspiration Through Stories: Brooke's stories and experiences resonated deeply with our team, sparking innovative thoughts and driving motivation. 2. Open Dialogue: Her candid responses to questions and concerns emphasized the importance of open communication 3. Strategic Insights: The sessions provided us with strategic insights that are crucial for aligning our efforts with broader organizational goals 4. Leadership in Action: Observing Brooke’s leadership style firsthand was a masterclass in effective leadership, offering us practical takeaways to implement in our own roles. We all are deeply grateful to Brooke for her time and excellent leadership. These interactions have truly made a difference, igniting innovative ideas and reinforcing the importance of strong leadership. Day 3 and 4 with Brooke Lyon were about the power of synergy in our team. We focused on the essence of prioritization – identifying and concentrating on value-adding tasks. A critical part of this process is fostering a culture of close collaboration, enabling us to synergize our diverse abilities and talents towards achieving shared objectives. We believe that by aligning our efforts to what truly matters, we can enhance our collective impact. The idea is not just about being better, but about being exponentially better!!! It was a special moment to celebrate in the presence of our CAM and CoAE leaders, Brooke Lyon and Kakoli Konwar, the success of all the team members who got promoted for their exceptional performance. Finished up my first two days with my CAM and CoAE Team. What a great time in Gurgaon with the CAMs. It was an amazing time hearing from everyone about what we do today and what we aspire for the future. And we never back down from a challenge!! #CAMExcellence #strongertogether

First step in my trip here with the CAM and CoAE team has come to an end. What great time! So grateful to the amazing CAM team in Gurgaon for welcoming me and sharing all that you are doing to make an impact. And most of all for the honest discussions about what we can do to continue to raise the bar and be better and stronger together. I learned so much from my short time with you all!!! Even if we did not learn how to build a spaghetti and marshmallow structure. #CAMExcellence #StrongerTogether
