I help high performers show up better in every communication scenario | Keynote Speaker | Communications Skills Consultant | Customer Experience Consultant | Ross on Jury Duty (Amazon Prime) | Paid to not be on SNL |
Dave Resseguie is the real deal. He helped me shape the framework of my business. He was also integral in shifting my mindset from scarcity to abundance. #shoutout #testimonial #businessplan
Founder & Chief Shepherd | We teach the habits and disciplines that drive early productivity and high retention.
Clients come in a variety of niche areas! Not all of them are nominated for Emmy’s and Golden Globe’s though. Exceptionally grateful for Ross Kimball and our work together! I feel like I have learned and implemented more from him than he probably has from me. This relationship is the epitome of a win-win!

Proven winners rely on one simple trait: Resiliency The great Rocky Balboa once said: “It ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.” Early in my career, I struggled to overcome setbacks. Here’s an example: My first assignment was a 10,000 SF industrial tenant lease requirement. Multiple tours, dozens of buildings, finally we found a perfect fit. After months of negotiating, the landlord requested proof of the tenant’s revenue. The tenant (my client) refused to provide. Immediately, the deal caved. I started to question the assignment. My senior broker said, “They will find a space with or without you." After a year of persevering, I had closed my first deal. Tip: To grow resiliency, face adversity in small doses through exercise.

Co-Founder & Rainmaker of Mid-Day Squares. || Forbes 30 Under 30 || EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist 2024 ||
The Unexpected Business Strategy: DANCING... Lead to explosive growth. For the past five years, Stuart (a store associate at TAU) and I have turned our business relationship into something extraordinary. Stuart took over (and began managing) our account 3 years ago, Since then, every week, I personally hand-deliver his Mid-Day Squares order. But there's a twist— We always have a dance-off in the grocery aisles! This isn't just a quirky ritual; it's the cornerstone of our friendship. We decided to treat business as a friendship first and a transaction second. This approach has exploded our sales at Les Marches TAU. Customers know us as the "Dynamic Duo" or the "Great Duo," eagerly anticipating our weekly dance. The joy and camaraderie we share have made work energizing and engaging. We've realized that by focusing on building genuine relationships, we've not only had more fun but also seen a remarkable increase in sales. The moral of the story? When you invest in real friendships in business, the results are profound. You enjoy the journey, create lasting memories, and yes, you sell more products as a byproduct. Let's make business less about transactions and more about building meaningful connections. Because when you do, everyone wins. LFG!!! #retail #grocery #sales #chocolate #canada #smallbusiness #cpg
