As a neurodiverse and life long ethnic minority (something along the lines of a Japanese person trapped in a white body) myself, I am always consicious of how to promote/incorporate nuerodiversity in a positive way in my team/business/organisation to fully capture the advantages of an effective diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
