A day of firsts: today was the FIRST day with our FIRST cohort of the Fitch Solutions Commercial Graduate Program, kicking off their FIRST rotation! (And in case you didn't know, they're pretty great. See post re: STOKED). I know it's usually program members who talk about being grateful to be participating, but I honestly could not be more grateful to be a part of this program, process, and management team (Anthony Ealy, Zhen Chen, Isabella Fraim)! And yes Zhen, you were right - we should have taken the photo on a phone with more than two lenses. My ancient iPhone is clearly not good enough. #sales #graduateprogram #commercialgraduates

Critical to have the one on one partner mentor and associate liason. A firm with a real interest in the summer student will have 20 minutes with the partner every day and at least a one hour session every week. Every summer student interested in business law should be on two deal teams at all times. Show you care.

During National Intern Day last month, I could work on an Instagram project creating stories for 3 days and a Reel for the @maspethfederalsavings Instagram, all aimed to showcase a more personal side of our company.
