Job responsibilities - Build and improve the functions and tasks of the human resources department and manage all activities of the department according to assigned functions and tasks. - Complete the structure of the human resources department in accordance with the company's orientation. - Integrate and synchronize human resource goals and strategies with the company's goals, vision, and core values. - Participate in building and directing the development of corporate culture. - Analyze business strategies, medium and long-term goals, vision to determine labor needs and make medium- and long-term human resource plans. - Develop and control the annual budget plan for human resource management activities in the company, analyze and control labor costs. - Directly participate in interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for specialist or senior management positions. - Research, develop and manage training programs, career consulting and human resource development. - Develop, implement and manage regulations on salary, reward and welfare policies for employees. - Build and manage management information and analyze human resource data. - Ensure and improve legal compliance in human resource management. B. Director level responsibilities - Communicate plans and strategies to employees of different departments. - Develop and communicate strategies to relevant departments; develop programs and projects to support proposed strategies; Supervise strategic programs and projects. Allocate and utilize resources to promote strategic plan implementation. - Understand and complete KPIs assigned by the Board of Directors. - Develop and discuss appropriate KPIs (dKPI) for departments to monitor and report. - Complete annual performance evaluation based on dKPI from direct reports before the end of the fiscal year. - Improve annual branch revenue and/or cost management. - Support in developing revenue improvement and/or cost management plans for branches and departments. - Continuously update and communicate revenue, budget and department performance goals to the Board of Directors. - Proactively solve problems within your ability; Propose solutions to unresolved problems. - Plan and complete work on time, ensuring quality. - Evaluate work performance quarterly based on KPIs of departments. Job requirements 1) Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Having a master's degree is an advantage. 2) Experience: - Minimum 12 years of experience in human resources, including at least 6 years in a senior management role. 3) Skills: - Good leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Experience in building and maintaining company culture. Human Resource Management is far more than just dealing with hiring, benefits and employee issues. A good HR Manager has a drive to help the business grow. They want to see every employee succeed and grow - even if it’s eventually not with their company. QUALITIES: ✅ Integrity ✅Aware that all their actions “teach” employees how to act in the business. ✅Strong problem solving skills ✅Sympathetic, but not in a way that allows for gray lines or sweeping issues under the rug. ✅Feels a genuine social responsibility ✅Goal & Results driven ✅Analytical ✅Flexible as business needs arise ✅Focused, but can easily multi task Human Resource Managers organize, coordinate, and execute/direct the administrative functions of an organization. They recruit, interview, & hire new staff. On a daily basis, they consult with executives on strategy; serving as a liaison between an organization's management & it’s employees. When hiring an HR Manager, specific working experience is important. However, do not underestimate the value of other professional experiences when searching for your company’s right fit. If the HR Manager is not a good fit, it will affect the entire company.

You are to organize and lead HR/Admin practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality productivity & standards, goal setting/attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This includes the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company's business goals. Specially Take adequate measures to retain good employees & protect high potential/performing employees. Keep your ear to the ground and reach out to all employees through communication with them at various intervals to gather insights and give appropriate feedback to the leadership team. Plan and execute sustainable interventions to keep employees motivated. Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to business/departmental heads to help them have a pulse of their team. HR Delivery Agenda / Executive Effective Practices: Ensure statutory compliance status always. Execute "Employee Engagement" initiatives to keep staff together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging. Drive an effective learning and development agenda that impacts the employees & the Company (business). Have an updated repository of job descriptions for all roles in the Company along with measurable performance indicators for each role. Perform regular periodic (quarterly now, monthly from 2017) employee performance measurement Maintain employee records and files for ease of reference (online & physical copies of records). Communicate with employees and business heads for better alignment. Be astute to handle dynamics at the workplace and help employees overcome crises. Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep up with time & external benchmarks. Update HR policies in line with the business and organization requirements. Keep an updated Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information. Design, update, and share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of all HR processes. Conduct periodical employee surveys to collate insights and in turn design employee interventions accordingly to address concerned areas. Support & counsel business/departmental managers to effectively manage teams to ensure higher employee productivity. Other Responsibilities: Overall, you are to create a positive Work Environment and evolve an Effective Reward & Punishment System.
