Nattokinase protects against acute ischemic stroke and impressively promotes neurogenesis in rat models by increasing peripheral blood irisin, leading to improved cognitive functions. Nattokinase improves blood flow by inhibiting platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. Nattokinase, profibrinolytic enzyme, effectively shrinks the nasal polyp tissue and decreases viscosity of mucus https://lnkd.in/eK29Sy4U

🎉 🎉 Congratulations! Our customers published a paper in Circulation~ 👨🔬 Vascular calcification is characterized by calcium deposition in the arterial wall and osteochondral differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells, and is an actively regulated process involving complex mechanisms. And vascular calcification occurs in most patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). 👩🔬 4-Hydroxynonenal (4-HNE), the major end product of lipid peroxidation, is an extremely reactive toxic aldehyde that can induce protein carbonylation and react with nucleic acids. So what is the mechanism by which 4-HNE plays a role in vascular calcification? 🧐 👏 👏 This study demonstrated that 4-HNE increased the stability of Runx2 by directly carbonylating the K176 site of Runx2 and promoted vascular calcification. And ALDH2 might be a potential target for the treatment of vascular calcification. ✔ https://lnkd.in/gVRUVBH5 ✔ For more push, please follow #Twitter: https://lnkd.in/gntQ9qE7 ✔ Related Product Recommendation: #Alda1 (https://lnkd.in/g6ut9gus); #4Hydroxynonenal (#4HNE; https://lnkd.in/gBRGiKuA); #MG-132 (#Z-Leu-Leu-Leu-al; #MG132; https://lnkd.in/gy33AFtQ); #3Methyladenine (#3MA; https://lnkd.in/g3x3PJpB); #Chloroquine (https://lnkd.in/gh5VwhBU); #Protein A/G Magnetic Beads (https://lnkd.in/gmMKcw8c); #Circulation #4Hydroxynonenal #Vascular #Calcification #Runx2 #ALDH2 #CKD #MCE #MedChemExpress

What the difference between poikilocytosis and anisocytosis?? Poikilocytosis and anisocytosis are both terms used in the field of hematology to describe abnormalities in the shape or size of red blood cells (RBCs), but they refer to slightly different characteristics: -Poikilocytosis: variations of RBCs shape -Anisocytosis: variations of RBCs size In summary, poikilocytosis relates to irregular RBC shapes, while anisocytosis relates to variations in RBC size. Both of these terms can be important indicators of underlying health conditions and are typically assessed as part of a complete blood count (CBC) or peripheral blood smear evaluation.
