He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, including his 7 years in building materials with Glen-Gery/Brickworks NA.    He holds his MBA and undergraduate degree in Finance. His leadership experience includes developing employees to help position a business for success, while fostering an environment of collaboration. Last week, members from our Employee Community Engagement Committee had the honor of attending Safe Berk’s Celebration of Peace fundraising event in Reading, Pennsylvania. The fundraiser supported critical safehouse renovations at various Safe Berks locations due to a rise in domestic and sexual violence survivors seeking lifesaving support services. Safe Berks is determined to continue providing uninterrupted support services to our community. Troy Vincent, Sr., Former Philadelphia Eagle, domestic and sexual violence advocate, and founder of Love Thy Neighbor Community Development & Opportunity Corporation were the keynote speakers at the event, where there was food stations, raffles, and live auction items available.
