Since Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”) was founded in 2015, we have been strong supporters of DEIN MÜNCHEN, a Munich-based charitable organization that works to ensure all young adults, despite their social and financial backgrounds, receive an equal start in life. As well as being donors, the BU team have actively participated in workshops to share our knowledge with young people, engage in dialogue with them, and encourage them to share their experiences and perspectives.   This year, Sebastian Seibold and Franca Machicao Arano took part in a career preparation workshop as part of the "NO LIMITS! Nutze deine Chancen 24" program, to help young adults learn how to choose an apprenticeship, how the application process works, and how to participate in a job interview.
