Yesterday, I had the pleasure of participating in an enlightening training workshop focused on the power of Human Capital Management solutions. Led by Lena & Jane Wilson along with the Strategic Account Office, we delved deep into how HCM solutions can not only boost efficiency but also significantly enhance overall productivity – directly impacting business figures and shareholder value. For me a key highlight was the profound effect these technologies have on the KPI "revenue per employee". This metric is crucial for assessing the performance and effectiveness of all teams and, ultimately, the success of global acting companies!
