On International Women's Day, I want to highlight the importance of gender parity in the #insurance industry. While we've made progress in recent years, we have a long way to go. There are many actions organisations and individuals can – and must – take to drive faster progress. At Swiss Re, we're committed to improving gender equality, aiming to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for everyone.
