Today, my 25th anniversary working for Bozzuto's Inc, I cannot help but to reflect. I still remember the feeling of walking out of the interview with offer of a 3rd shift warehouse clerk. I had never worked a shift over night, and I had a 2 year old at home, could I manage? Now 25 years later, many position changes, promotions, many wins and many challenges I can’t believe I once thought “I will only work through the summer because no way I’ll last on an overnight shift”. I will be forever grateful to Bozzuto’s for the opportunity to grow up within an organization that believed in me and allowed me all the opportunities to grow.
So grateful you’re here.
