Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager HRBP at AGC Office, Bangalore Role Overview: We are actively seeking an Assistant Manager HRBP for our Shared Service Center (AGC) in Bangalore. In this pivotal role, you will manage HRBP responsibilities and drive HR service excellence across all stages of the employee life cycle within the business unit, serving as the SPOC for all HR needs. Key Responsibilities: Enhance HR service levels across all employee life cycle stages. Develop and implement employee engagement plans, including skip levels, open houses, pulse checks, off-sites, recognition programs, and action planning post-employee surveys. Advise people managers on critical decisions, improve managerial capabilities, and facilitate upward feedback and coaching. Oversee performance and reward processes, including performance reviews, talent calibration, salary planning, career pathing, and managing underperformance. Drive headcount planning and management. Play a significant role in Performance Management and Learning & Development. Enhance employee experience through effective On-boarding, Engagement, and L&D initiatives. Draft policies and manage documentation. Ensure compliance with organization HR audits and compliance activities. Utilize an analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
