Here to write. If it goes viral, it's not because of me. It's because it's true.

Above all, train your leaders to be leaders. What keeps me in my current job is my leader. I have had tons of higher pay offers in the last months and I have turned them down because I have such an amazing leader that allows me freedom, healthy work life balance, no micromanaging, support when I need… She is empathetic, kind, professional, and absolutely brilliant. First thing that crosses my mind when I hear about other opportunities is “does this raise justify the risk of moving under a toxic leader and leave the amazing one I have?” Having been exposed to narcisistic and toxic environments before - lots of times - I know the real cost behind that routine. Pass!

The bit that’s missing…But when they do leave to go onto bigger and better things then be proud! Because that’s life and a fact….people leave just make sure it’s for all the right reasons 🙏

Professional experience isn't only about what you've gained over time, but it also entails the recollection of your overall interaction with past employers. One's treatment toward people who work with you is something that they're gonna remember for the rest of their lives. So if you're looking for talent retention or getting the most out of employees in terms of productivity, learn to acknowledge their presence in the team.

"Absolutely love this quote on leadership! It perfectly encapsulates the essence of what it means to be a great leader. In my experience, effective leadership is all about inspiring and empowering others to reach their full potential. It's about creating a positive and inclusive work culture where everyone feels valued and motivated to give their best. One of the key traits I believe every successful leader should possess is excellent communication skills. Being able to clearly articulate goals, expectations, and provide constructive feedback is crucial in building strong and cohesive teams. Additionally, great leaders are also adaptable and open-minded. They understand that change is inevitable in today's fast-paced business environment and are willing to embrace new ideas and perspectives. I'd love to hear from you all - what do you think are some essential qualities that make a great leader? Share your thoughts!" On a personal note, I recently had the opportunity to work with an incredible leader who not only displayed exceptional skills in decision-making but also possessed superb emotional intelligence.

This is been my personal experience. The more you give everything you have to people selflessly and make them capable the more they stand by you. Your goal in life is not to create followers but to create leaders

Training employees is an investment in their potential. Treating them well is investing in your company's future.  Companies that prioritize both training and employee well-being tend to create loyal and committed teams.

I fully endorse this perspective! But the facts is, some leaders feel that if they train their teams, they'll loose them to other great teams. That may very well be the case, but if you've treated you team with fairness, dignity and respect they'll always remember how you made them feel, and your impact on life their lives. And they will carry that experience wherever they go.
